Our client a reputable investment management company located in Denver, CO is conducting a nationwide search for a highly experienced well rounded Director of Real Estate Management. Candidate must have a Minimum of 10 years experience in asset management, to include construction management, real estate development and property management of land development, single family development, multi-family, industrial, commercial and office buildings. Candidate must be very familiar with real estate financial reporting and accounting practices. MBA required and a proven track record managing a large national diverse portfolio of investments comprised of multi-family, land and/or commercial real estate. Family office experience a plus.
