Job Description/Responsibilities:
We are seeking a high-energy, self-confident and creative individual with strong attention to detail and problem solving skills, to assist senior project managers in the execution of all tactical and strategic aspects of a program’s life cycle.
Requirments:
Assist in the coordination and execution of incentive and loyalty programs, including website, call center, communication plan (email campaigns, print material, advertising, etc.), consumer and trade promotions, client billing and public relations
Knowledge of project management tools such as MS project.
Manage to deliver projects on time and with quality.
Monitor programs’ trends and changes. Analyze and evaluate programs’ information to identify effectiveness and opportunities, and present results, analysis and recommendations to senior project managers;
Oversee planned program expenditures versus budget and payments received
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Marketing;
Must be proficient in the use of the Internet, and computer literate in MS Office products like Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook
Must possess excellent interpersonal, team and communication skills, and excellent written and oral presentation skills; Spanish is a plus;
