Director

Job Responsibilities:
Director, Senior Counsel Drafting and negotiating contracts and other business units for sales, marketing and business development. Advising operational departments on legal issues for various business initiatives. Reviewing RFPs, and providing other sales support. Providing general legal support and counseling to the Connect organization.

Job Requirements:
5+ years of corporate and/or commercial practice in a large law firm (200+ attorneys). A J.D. degree and state Bar admission in good standing. Familiarity with or willingness to learn PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to assist with investigations and litigation MBA, undergraduate business, accounting or computer science degree is a plus. In-house experience is a definite asset. Experience with Internet, technology licensing and/or software companies is a plus.
