We are currently looking for an internal Recruiter/Trainer who will be solely focused on the growth and training of this staff.
You will be responsible for identifying staff in new and existing markets. Our ideal candidate will be someone that has experience with advertising, marketing or design.
Since our internal staff needs to understand this niche, so should our internal recruiter.
Our ideal candidate will be someone with at least 2 years of recruiting, training or advertising experience.
We don’t expect you to have all three (although that would be nice!), but you must have a strong interest in developing all three skill-sets. You will also be responsible for training the new hires.
Consequently, you should have training experience in a structured environment. You will not be developing the curriculum, but you must be able to present it in a clear and understandable format.
Experience speaking in front of people puts you at the top of our list!
