Job Responsibilities:
A currently looking for new talent to join a growing Technical Support Team that services our client worldwide software and hardware products. As part of this team, you will be a key member of the support group for Xbox gaming consoles and their online service and be responsible for making each customer experience outstanding.You will be responsible for the customer relationship and ensuring the utmost in customer satisfaction. A combination of being a quick learner, good listener, articulate, patient, and possessing the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining a pleasant disposition makes you an ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity!Primary Duties:Effectively troubleshoot customer problems with hardware and online serviceAccurately and thoroughly document issues and resolutions, along with customer demographics, into the client database.Communicate and apply policies and procedures for customer resolution consistently.Follow documented procedures for first call resolution.
