Description: This part-time position provides exceptional service to customers via mail processing, via the web, or over the phone by using a consultative approach that reflects the culture and philosophies of the client. The majority of responsibility is in the mail and web processing serving as a backup to our Customer Contact Center.
Responsibilities:
Consults with customers via mail, web, and over the phone to process information, requests, or comments in an efficient manner.
Corresponds to all mail and e-mail.
Learns and utilizes client software and sells and/or services client products according to established performance guidelines.
Demonstrates excellent communication, computer, and data entry skills.
Establishes and develops relationships with clients and co-workers.
Resolves customer problems and complaints with a sense of urgency.
Back-ups call center as needed.
Learns and utilizes client software and calls and sells and/or services client products according to established performance guidelines.
Performs essential duties in a way that is consistent with client culture, philosophies, and policies in an effort to build their brand/s and sales.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent degree (GED, HSED) required
Must possess exceptional data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Be customer focused
Some experience in a call center or customer service position is helpful
Ability to meet required metrics and perform well in a fast paced environment
