Assist management in identifying and evaluating the potential profitability and strategic compatibility of new services and special programs. Provide advice and counsel to Director of Central Services on interpretation of monthly operating results and assist in developing recommendations where required. Exercise management authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations and terminations in accordance with company policies and laws. Assist with planning, organizing and coordination of quarter end and year end close process through interaction with other corporate accounting / finance functions and external audit.Requirements : Must have good working relationship with co-workers, employees, supervisor, upper management, internal audit and external audit.
